The Active Members of Alpha Pi Epsilon will go to the meeting location at the conclusion of our Second Rush, virtual party. In this meeting space we will set up a projector in order to go through what we need to discuss. Discussion will cover what potential members our Fraternity invites to our Second Rush, and will take a lot of time. Our members will be seated at the lecture tables, in a way that allows for proper social distancing. Masks will be required at this event, hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry, and exit, and a temperature screening will be done by our Sgt. at Arms prior to entry.

With rush season coming up our actives have to decide which students are the best fit for our group. This is a lengthy process that contains multiple rounds of voting and discussion. We have found it best to do these in person to make sure votes are better certified and we can better mediate discussion.
